Vila Gale Fortaleza - Fortaleza (Ceara)

This hotel was nice place for exploring Fortaleza, liked it. On-site restaurant Dune was a bonus, had dinner there.

The breakfast is very complete, the hotel comfortable, the staff very attentive and willing. The beach is highly recommended, although the beach service is not only for guests, but also for anyone who consumes, that makes especially on weekends, do not have chairs for example.

lot of delay in making the rooms, food not very varied and few options, beach bar only works on the weekends and minutes that they offer you, inedible (do not ask in the frank crunchy beach,. neither the dogs accepted it) The delay in making the rooms caused that you could not have that wished bath when returning from the beach and on top they forgot to leave you the towels! bed was huge but the mattress was frighteningly old, we could see it, as on two occasions the sheets they used did not cover it. Everything consumed has a tax rate of 10% and also a daily service fee for staff of approx 7 usd which is not mandatory, does not give you the right to refuse to pay it. in addition to the state fee of 1 usd per day per room. makes your expenses, you ask for the check out, look very bulky. I was in this same hotel 2 years ago and I think the quality has dropped a lot, unfortunately

The perfect room, with frigobar (expensive chocolates and drinks) bathroom with balcony shower bed with comfortable sommier, bath and beach towels available. Across the avenue is the restaurant and has a private beach Do Futuro very quiet with plenty of waves much better than the public beaches of downtown Fortaleza. The pool in the pictures looks bigger is acceptable. The breakfast is complete and very varied. It has a pool room. The elevators are modern. The hotel is huge and has an imposing entrance. The bellboy is very attentive.

Lunch per person was quite expensive in terms of cost for each food or drink you ordered and you were charged for table service. Having a reminder letter sent to me to leave the room before checking out, having the cleaning staff open the door without first making sure the guest is not in the room, was a bit invasive and untidy. That being a 5 star hotel does not have its own transfer service you have to drive in a uber taxi or rent a vehicle. For dinner and lunch we recommend eating out to minimize costs unless you order junk food. It is noticeable that it is an old well maintained hotel with a good level of maintenance in general.

The hotel's beach is beautiful, unbeatable. The beach hut is very nice. The facilities of the hotel are very nice . To emphasize Mrs. q attended the rest Italian always a love.

Lousy Internet. It never works in the rooms. In the hotel pool and lobby it does. The uncomfortable beds could feel the springs in the bed base. Very little variety of food. One day none of the rest worked and there was only the option of a free fork in the beach hut but everything was food for Brazilian tourists that day most of the people went back to eat at the pool bar ,which was not the saving option either. So that's why I've set aside a separate point for the pool bar. We were too slow to serve most of the time and we had to get up to get the menu. Another thing is that nobody speaks Spanish. X at least at the reception there should be someone xq if you have any problem with the check in or whatever it is it is difficult to solve the problem.

Buffet dinner did not look too good. Location is near a beach, but away from the main beach area, where the decent restaurants are. Therefore have to get a taxi to main beach area with good restaurants. Local restaurants on beach - near hotel were expensive.

the internet was bad ,don't go there if you relay on internet if i don't wound to stay any longer over there you don't get your money back form your creditcard I wound to cancell my trip wen i was there they toll us the creditcard has been charge already we where really dispoint because we don't like the hotel

Consider purchasing snacks and essentials outside the hotel, as the convenience store inside lacks variety.

Everything was just right.

A very spacious and comfortable apartment provided a relaxing getaway. Daytime dining options were really good, with delicious packed lunches available. Parking was somewhat cramped, and the on-site convenience store lacked essential items like swimsuits. Check-in service could also be improved, as the reception staff wasn't as attentive as the beach service.

I enjoyed the spacious common areas filled with rustic charm at Vila Gale. The outdoor swimming pool was great for relaxation. Always ready to help when I needed assistance. The room was large and comfortable, perfect for a good night's rest. I had issues with the parking situation, made access difficult at times. I noticed that some areas showed their age, needing a refresh.

Lovely beachfront location.

The hotel was quite noisy . We were unable to enjoy any peaceful moments due to the loud music and disturbances from a seminar. The rooms were outdated and not cleaned properly, which only added to the frustration of our experience.

The rustic charm of the hotel captivated me, especially the spacious common areas which were easily navigable, making it accessible and enjoyable for everyone, including us seniors.

The hotel is right across from the beach. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The staff was friendly, especially Adriano from the restaurant, who always were great too make sure we were happy.
